One easy excercise from 'the rebirthing corner' is writing and/or repeating daily at least ten times following affirmations:

 

1. I like myself. I am a loving person.

2. I am very nice to myself

3. I am very nice to myself in the presence of others.

4. I am very nice for others and they are nice for me.

 

This I found in a book called REBIRTHING. Now, the interesting thing with these people, in comparisson to Neuro Linguistic Programming amongst others, is they don't want to play god alone, or play it only together with a select group of people (for instance like Scientology)... These people invite everyone to join. Like Christ did. Like Buddha did. Like Mohammed did. And so on. Like all THE teachers did. For we all are these teachers potentially, not? The rebirthers are inviting all of us. Any race. Any religion. Each one of us. We could all be in the consciousness expanding 'bussiness'. Check the book out. Read it with an open mind. It will change your life forever. No shrink or talking will help you as far as this therapy. This 'therapy' may well be the answer for our future. Anyway, that's my opinion.

What's the absolute truth? The absolute truth is: The thinker creates thru means of her or his thoughts.

 

The main principle of the Big Affirmation is: God always says "Yes" to your thoughts. If you say: "I am poor," He says: "Yes boss." If you say: "I am sick," then that's the result you will get. Because you are God, you always get what you want. It's important to let your world of thoughts know what you desire. If you think you are enlightened, then you are, as long as you think this. If you think you are not enlightened, then you are not. Your thought is the only thing in the universe that makes a difference. What's the practical use of thinking you are not enlightened? Stop thinking that.

 

All science is created by scientists, because they are thinkers. And because you are a thinker, you are a scientist too. Your scientific laws are as valid as any other. There is no law you do not 'control' and that isn't submitted to your personal choice.
